This one is REALLY tough, because "close" isn't good enough - it has to be exact. It gets easier when you have more states in, but putting the "center states" in without any other states is quite challenging. The states come up in random order. The best I've been able to do is 96% accuracy with 4 miles average error and a time of 317 seconds.
